Guide 01 · For the Bee wearer
Get started as the Bee wearer
Understand who owns the account and what setup will ask you to choose.
Create the owner account
The person who wears or controls Bee creates the one Always Near owner account for that Bee connection. You - not a contact - authorize analysis and sharing.
Sign up or sign in through the secure account page, then complete your private setup. Your answers and consent are saved to your account.
Choose what matters
Provide a brief baseline, choose the categories you want organized, and select alerts or daily and weekly summaries. These choices tune what the service looks for; they do not make AI certain or complete.
- Name only the people you want in your care circle.
- Choose the cadence and channels you authorize.
- Review the policies before you give consent.
Connect Bee for the controlled demo
Always Near is a pre-beta prototype. The local Windows companion uses Bee Developer Mode and Bee's official CLI as a developer demo bridge, not an everyday consumer setup or automatic sync. Pairing, enabling manual uploads, and approving a conversation part are separate steps. Saving your setup or pairing a computer alone does not start analysis.
Live uploads are currently restricted to the designated test owner; the companion is supplied separately and is not a public download. Other accounts can review setup and the clearly labeled example dashboard. The developer guide explains prerequisites, each approval, results, troubleshooting, and the conditional future integration.
Review before activation
Read the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Data & AI Policy. Monitoring cannot activate until your consent and Bee connection are confirmed. Always Near is not a medical device or emergency service; do not rely on it instead of ordinary care or contacting 911.
