Always NearProgram status
SMS notices are not active. The carrier-review preview does not collect phone details, enroll anyone or record consent. Carrier approval and a reviewed, authenticated enrollment and opt-out flow are required before launch. Publishing these terms does not enroll existing users or change their saved choices.
Who may receive notices
The planned program is for invited adult trusted contacts who sign in with their own confirmed email, confirm ownership of their own phone and personally select a separate, initially unchecked SMS consent box. The wearer must also permit sharing. An invitation or verification code alone does not subscribe a contact. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of Always Near. SMS consent does not authorize phone calls or another communication channel.
Messages and frequency
FAMPLIFIED LLC plans to send automated Always Near transactional notices when shared check-in notices or summaries are available. Messages contain a neutral sign-in link, not wearer names, conversation text, evidence excerpts or private concern categories. Signing in does not bypass current sharing permissions. Messages are not marketing. Message frequency varies with activity and the contact's choices. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and resuming messages
When the program launches, reply STOP to cancel SMS notices or withdraw SMS consent in your own settings without the wearer's permission. A carrier or provider may send a final opt-out confirmation. After a toll-free STOP block, text START or UNSTOP to the same sender to remove that network block; current account authorization and separate SMS consent must still permit delivery. Changing website settings alone does not remove a carrier block. Stopping SMS does not subscribe you to another channel.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and response are not guaranteed. AI notices can be wrong, missed or delayed. Always Near is not an emergency service, medical advice or a guaranteed-response system. Independently verify notices and do not wait for a message when immediate help is needed.
Privacy and related terms
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers process the information necessary to deliver requested services, protect against abuse or meet legal requirements.
